  • What do I need to bring with me when applying or touring?

    Please bring a valid photo ID &  Paystubs or offer letter.

  • What are the application and administrative fees?

    The application fee is $75.00, and the administrative fee is $225.00.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The security deposit is $700.00.

  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 7 to 15 months.

  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Yes, renters’ insurance is required.

  • How do I pay rent?

    You can pay by mailing a check, money order, or cashier’s check, or online through your resident portal.

  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    Pest control and lawn care are included in rent. An additional trash fee of $43 applies.

  • Do you offer self-guided tours?

    No, we do not self-guided tours are available.

  • Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?

    We have in-unit and on-site laundry.

  • What are the parking options?

    We provide surface lot parking.

  • Do you offer corporate leases?

    Yes, corporate leases are available.

  • Do you have a preferred employer program?

    Yes, we offer a preferred employer program for medical professionals, active-duty military, students, and those affiliated with the Space Force base.

  • What languages do your team members speak?

    Our team speaks English.

  • Will you run a background check as part of the application process?

    Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.

  • What are the income requirements to qualify?

    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team is available to assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.

  • What is your pet policy?

    We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets, including dogs and cats, of all breeds, weights, and sizes.

  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    No, we are a smoke-free community.
